94 celica for $100 have a couple questions if anyone can help

the motor is a 1.8 7afe automatic transmission with 123,000 miles. The guy took the motor apart because it had a small tick in it (i heard something about the oil pump goin bad and making this tick any info?). he removed everything down to the block "the head an everything before that." He stopped working on it an left the parts in the trunk. I know for fact he is mechanically inclined so i have no problem with how he took it apart. I want to pull the block out get the head and block checked out get it bored and get a valve job done then i want to replace a majority of internals pistons,rings,bearings, valves and springs and the oil pump water pump an timing belt. My question is where can i get these parts??? i found a majority of these parts on ebay but dont want to buy from different vendors. Is there a site out there where i can get a complete rebuild kit from a respectable company. I want some oversize pistons, better springs and performance cams if they make them for this motor. I got the car for 100 so i want 2 put this motor back together right and not have to worry about it for a while. 20 bucks says the transmission goes out on me when i put it back in haha knock on wood. Also wanted to know What kind of transmission is in it an how long these transmissions last before they need to be operated on?
