Looking to upgrade my 1995 GT

So,

with the hollidays around the corner im looking to upgrade my GT. I have a tight budget, and am looking to spend up to $250 bucks. I'm just looking to get more power out of it for right now, so what product or combination of products can I get for $200-$250?

As of right now I have NGK Laser platinum plugs, Belden Max plug wires, and a Weapon-R Dragon air intake system.

I was looking to get a chip for it however have read some bad reviews on chips in general. Any comments?

What would get me the most bang for my buck? What should I avoid?

Thanks

Your best bet would be a set of headers but finding one for the 5S-FE is going to be hard, and what's worst is knowing that some cheap headers rob power instead of giving more. A nice free flowing exhaust would also add a little HP. For plugs you would want to go with NGK copper instead of the Platinum also it would save you on money. Its just that they don't last as long but they are a better conductor of electricity.

Get either a camry header or an ebay header, the ebay one deletes your cat. Also, you could get a pacesetter exhaust, msd ignition(although it may be a pain considering you have an internal coil), doing suspension upgrades is also a good idea.

Save some more money. Buy nitrous.

You're not going to get any real power out of throwing $250 at your car.

You're not going to get real... anything by throwing $250 at your car.
