92 Celica Skipping - Need Help

Car is GTS, 4 cylinder. Started skipping last week. Replaced all four spark plugs, did compression check and all 4 cylinders show 250 pounds of compression. Cylinder number four is firing but plug is not. When you pull the wire off #4, the car continues to idle. Would appreciate any suggestions on what to try next. Thanks!!

My prior post was incorrect in that the wire and plug on cylinder #4 are both firing, the cylinder is not firing. Could this be a gas problem?

If you are sure that the number four is firing then it's part of your fuel system that has gone wrong. Check your injector and fuel lines.
