Wow, oil starvation is a possibility on the turbo. If the bearings fail excess play will allow the compressor wheel to contact the housing resulting in the destruction of the compressor.

Electrical issue sounds like a bad connection or a blown fuse, check all your grounds and fuses.

K the turbo was rebuilt about 4 months ago. Pretty sure its been good on oil. What if oil had been overfilled once? Not too much but little bit?

No, if the overfilling caused a problem it would be smoking all over the place. You would know something wasnt right...

ouch, yeah the whole thing will need another rebuild most likely sorry man. Go with a t3/t4 conversion, you will love it and it's way cheaper.

Bearings are fine? Weird, I just haven't seen enough turbo failures to try and guess any more on this. 20g will be an awesome upgrade!

Are you using a blow-off valve? If not, that could put alot of stress on the turbo because when the throttle snaps shut, the trapped air will try to escape back through the turbo. I dont know if this could have possibly caused what I see, but never the less a turbo set-up without a blow-off valve is not a good idea. If you dont have one and you plan on installing one, you will want to recirculate the blow-off back to the intake (past the MAF sensor) so that the metered air stays in the sytem (otherwise your air/fuel mixture will get messed up).
