92' Celica GT Brake Problem

I recently bought a 92' Celica GT off a friend of mine who has let it sit on his farm for the past 3 months or so. When I went to pick up the vehicle, after a successful boost I went to drive it away and the car would not budge. It has been a very wet last couple of months.

After a google search, I guessed that due to the wet weather and the car sitting out in the elements for a long period of time, that this was related to mild corosion causing things to stick and it was nothing some hammering and penatrating fuild couldn't fix. After doing the above, I was able to get the rear passenger wheel spinning backward and forward freely, however the rear driver's side wheel will only spin backwards, and only with considerable effort. When I try to spin the wheel forward, it doesn't budge.

I should also mention that all 4 wheels have disc breaks and that the hand brake was set for the duration of its time outdoors. I thus suspect this is some how parking break related. However, I am unfamiliar with the operation of this type of brake and have no idea how to fix my problem and get the car moving again.

Can anyone offer any advice??

Parking brake is a drum break. Either the cable is stuck or the shoes are rusted to the drum. Most likely cable is stuck.
