2000 celica gt problems

Ok, I got this celica with a blown up motor and someone already pulled stuff off of it. I rebuilt the motor. Just got it in and, It is idleing at about 4000 rpms. Thought it might be a horrible vacuum leak some where but can't find one no where.I'm not familar with toyota engines so I'm shooting in the dark. Anyone got any ideas of what it might be?

Does it drive fine when it isn't idling? It might be a throttle problem. The throttle might be opening constantly for some reason. Other than a vacuum leak that is the only reason I can think of. I could be wrong.

Not sure I was scared to try to drive it when I seen how high it was idleing. The only proble i can find is an oil leak on my feed line running to the turbo and i wanted to fix that before putting it on the road.

If that's the case I would check the throttle line. Also your boost may be spiking.
