No intake is non ricey, on Toyotas all they do is add sound. The factory intake is fine for performance just strip the silencers off it.

The Pacesetter Monza is on sale off Amazon for $225 + $11 shipping. I've used them before and recommend if you don't want a stupid muffler.

1) HIDs. Yep. Get some Hella E-code housings, and the HID kit of your choice. Your stock housings are H6054, for future reference.

2) Clear corners. You can get JDM corner lights from RHDJapan.com. They're clear. You can get the clear bumper lights from ebay.

3) Make your own intake. Unless you want to pay out the ass. I personally have a modified Civic intake. But as everyone else has said... drop a K&N in the stock location, it'll work better, and WILL add sound. EVen with a stock exhaust, my civic intake gets annoyingly loud. VERY throaty, though... sounds like a Subaru boxer engine.

Thanks for the replies folks, I can't wait to start messing around with little things like the lights and intake on this car I've only had it for a day and really enjoy it. Sadly though the passenger window got broken out by a hobo so It'll cost a pretty good amount of money which sucks.
