European Union st182 headlight problem

Hello..
I have a problem.. My lowbeams are very bad and the highbeams are lightening up big time. and the little blue lamp for highbeams is a dim light even though there shouldn't be any blue light turned on when the lowbeams are on.. the H4 connector was melted, i changed that one, and i measured the ground-connection which was fine. what could be wrong??

at the same time, i'm beginning to have some problems starting in the morning. it is very could in denmark..

can any of you tell me what could be the reason ? if you understand what i'm saying..
(i don't know all the car-therms in english so i have to try explaining it)

does any of you have a complete wire diagram for the st182.. or at least for the headlights.. i need it both for the headlights and because i have an unknown source which is draining the battery with 0,4 amperes a day.. i think thats why i have the trouble starting in the morning.. but i need the diagram so i can measure where and what the mistake might can be..

i really hope you understand my lausy english..

Your welcome!

Positive wire touching ground somewhere?

The battery positive touching negative battery hold down clamp?
