help help please???

hi all. i am new to this forum and i need some help please ,i have a 91 celica st , the problem that i am having is , when the car is cold drives fine but after 5 to 10 min driving the car start chocking when i push the gas pedal hard but if i keep it slow the car runs fine. what do u guys think? what is the problem? thank you ..

Maybe an injector problem? Doesn't sound like induction since it runs fine when its cold? Think about the parts that are temperature affected due to the heat.

Most likely bad ignition coil. Had same problem.

Either this, plugs, or IAT sensor gone bad.

misfire under load is most likely secondary ignition misfire

meaning coil, cap, rotor, wires, plugs

when was the last time you had a tuneup performed?
