'91 Celica drains battery

I bought a '91 Celica with a rebuilt 5sfe in it that wasn't running right. I cleaned the throttle body and swapped out the ISC valve and TPS and it runs fine now... after I charge the battery every time. It is a brand new battery and drains while sitting (not inspected yet, needs more work). I put a test light on the neg side and saw something was drawing from it. I pulled all the fuses one at a time but got no result. I reran and regrounded all of the secondary equipment (ie dvd player, amp, screens...) and put the test light on. It no longer lit up but after sitting the battery drained again. It also drains when I disconnect all of the secondary equipment. All the motor grounds seem in place... any idea what this might be?

Something is still draining in the secondary equipment but just not enough to light up the test light. Maybe try putting the test light in-line with the negative, then measure small voltage across it with a voltmeter, then disconnect fuses to see when the voltage drops to zero or you could measure the current anywhere if you knew about what the current might be. My meter only measures transistor current, less than 500millamps, and I have blown the meter by trying to measure more than 500millamps of current.
