T23 GT -> T-sport engine swap, need info

Ive searched around alot on this topic, and what i have found is people meaning Turboing the GT is the best way and some say the engine swap is too expensive or just get a T-sport instead

So what can people tell me that know or heard how hard or how possible the
engine swap is?

I got a 2005 GT version of the european celica and 6spd trans.

And labour i got a friend that knows a bit and such so im hoping we would be able to make the engine switch ourselves unless there is something that i dont know off thats really hard regarding a swap?

If im getting a Complete t-sport engine would it be quick fit or does brakes have to be changed as well etc?
