gen 7 2001 Celica GT Antenna Replacement?

I have heard the antenna for the Honda S2000 (00-08) is a great replacement antenna for my 2001 Celica GT. I checked and the dealer wants $150.00 plus tax. None of the wrecking yards around me have that antenna.

I heard rumor that the antenna for the 2003 Honda Element is the same antenna for the 2003 Honda S2000, but half the price. Does anyone know if that is correct or a false rumor.

Also, if anyone knows where I can get used antenna in the San Diego area (Honda S2000 or Honda Element), please let me know.

THANKS in advance for your help>

Talking A suggestion. =D

The S2000 antenna looks nice but in my opinion the 350Z's antenna looks better on the Celica (if you have a big spoiler). I have it on my celica, i'll post pictures tomorrow if you wanna see how it looks like.

Unfortunately, my antenna was busted off (by a jerk at the car wash with a wrench) and I had to replace the base and all with a universal rubber one. Guess I'll have to get an OEM base from the dealer and get an S2000 mast.

I like the way the S2000 base angles back, bummer I won't have that.

Wink S2000 Antenna!!!

If you just want it to be angled back just bend the main piece inside the body of the car. What i mean is, when you take out the little right panel on the inside of the trunk you'll see the "Antenna Assembly." Just bend that part forward a little and your antenna will be angled.

Here is a link of a picture i made to show what I did to my antenna assembly.
