Wire them to the parking lights so they turn on when you turn the parking lights on, right? Find the wire that connects to one of the side marker bulbs, not the turns signal bulbs unless you want them to work with your turn signals. Connect to one wire for the side marker bulb (not both).
Basically...wire each angel eye to the side marker parking light wire and the other end to body ground. You can tap into both side markers or wire the angel eyes to just one side marker which ever is easier.
