battery light came on

light popped on last night, any help? takin it to parts store to have it diagnosed

happened to me on 2 seprate ocasions
alternator belt
alternator itself if your lucky you can buy a brush kit for 15$ and rebuild it
or any loose wires

found out the alternator was not making any voltage so i put my alt from the red one on it
