Just use the NADM body and whatever you want from the JDM.

i wish it was that simple but the lhd car has canadian winter cancer and is going to get a llt worse in the coming years, are the dash and pedals compatible with the rhd jdm car or is there a lot of fabricating to do?

I don't know about the ST185 but on the earlier RWD models the only real differences were:
- firewall (holes for steering shaft, brake booster, air cond, etc)
- windscreen cowl (mirror image wipers)
- dash
- steering shaft, pedal placement
- placement of ECU, fuses, etc
- no rear lever for flipping forward on driver's seat
- headlights point slightly to left or right (don't blind oncoming drivers)

You could use parts from the LHD donor for all of these but the firewall swap would require welding.
Pretty much a complete strip down of both cars required.
