Make sure you check the dip stick to know exactly how much to put in. The groved section of the dipstick is 1 quart so if it's in the middle of the grooved section then add 1/2 quart. Do not overfill, which is easy to do unless you know the grooved section is 1 quart. The oil should be filled to the full line on the dipstick when the car is sitting on a level surface so top it off after you take it off the ramps of jack stands. I think the full level of the oil change is closer to 4.5 quarts.

the car has 160k a rod knock and burns oil badly the lucas oil has really made a diffrence considering i have had a rod knock on this motor at 130k miles and im not burning a quart every 500 miles
