help! idling fast

I have a 2000 celica gts. I just changed the timing chain with a timing chain kit. I put the car back together and she starts right up no problem how ever after the car gets to proper temp it stays idling high at 1,500 rpm bouncing to 1,600 rpm or 1,400 rpm but does not drop from the normal warm up cycle. how ever I did checked all my vauum hoses and cleaned the MAF sensor also cleaned the throttlebody inside with gunk cleaner and still stays idle high. This morning I started the car up at normal it started at 1,200 rpm that is about rite setting for heating engine for what I am in a warm climate Puerto Rico so any way then as the car display temp goes up so does the rpm when engine is fully warmed the idle is set at 1,500 rpm the normal idle is
700 rpm - 800 rpm after car is warm. The other thing is when I turn the ac on the car idles at 1,000 rpm for the ac. What is going on with the car I don't know? Please if any one can help me with this problem.
