No power to coil side of efi relay or fuel pump(wheres the fuel pump relay???)

Its a 93 celica st that has the 5afe replacement for the 4afe(straight swap)I swapped the engine but no starting for me. Never thought it was right changed the distributor 3 times. Noe if i jump the switch side of the relay it will run on starting fluid. but the fuel pump wont come on. The fuel pump is good the engine was just running previoulsy with 3 holes in the block. Did the self diagnosis via engine light and it says nothing is wrong, no code at all. Im runnin on low, since Friday with it and i know it has to be something small. ive studied the haynes manual but it sucks and is not a complete wiring diagram which it even teloles you in the book they dont provide all diagrams.

I am by no means a professional, but I am in the middle of restoring a 1992 toyota celica gts. I am kinda learning as I go... Recommendation, get a Chilton manual... they're just better and you can get them with the full wiring diagrams....

fuel pump relay

oh yeah, the fuel pump relay.... pop the hood, look down and to your left... you'll see the box that has the fuel pump relay in it... the box is labeled (square with 'fuel pump' written in it)... had to replace mine and according the the mechanic at toyota (had to get the relay from them) not all of the celicas require the relay... fuel pump issue... locate where the fuel pump relay goes, use a wire to connect the circuit and see if that fixes your problem...
