2001 GT locks+stock alarm problem

So my power locks will beep but not unlock either of my doors, the trunk will lock and unlock just fine. when i try to lock the system will beep (once i manually locked it) as if the alarm was activated but when i open the door it does not sound off. wondering if this could be a fuse or some kind of relay problem inside the door? since both of the systems are tied in together will the alarm not work bc of the door malfunction or vice versa? thinking of taking it to a shop but i hate to pay money if its something dumb i can fix myself.
