P0300 - Celica 2001

My celica (2001) showed up a CE light this morning.I took to Midas close by and got a diagnostic test done on it. Its now showing a P0300 code and mechanic inter changed the coils . whats the exact cause for this and how can this be rectified. Please advise.

Yes.. I got to know that its cylinder misfire... how much would I need to shell out now to rectifiy this problem? Also , If I leave it as it is , Willit cause any further problem down the line?

Would really appreciate if anyone of you can reply on this.

it could be anything from bad gas to injectors/ecm.

As Bitter said its really hard to give a price or even a ballpark price unless its diagnosed more acuratly. Is it still misfiring or does it just happen once in a while, or have you even noticed it running rough at all?
