Possibly a bad wire going to the air conditioner. When you turn the a/c on the internal clutch switch catches and turns the inside of the a/c unit on. The belt is always spinning, then you turn the a/c on, internally the clutch turns on the a/c and you feel a draw on your engine. Point is...check the wire coming off of the a/c unit which is connected to the drive belt.
Check the manual for a wiring diagram for the fuse the keeps blowing. Also mainly check for a bare or a bad wire anywhere. Short circuits blow fuses.
I would think the a/c button goes to the a/c unit and between there is your problem wire.
