93 celica gt-s oil in plugs and a whole lot of problems. any ideas

Ok So I have a celica gt-s 5sfe
I drove my car to the oregon coast about 100 mi and back. it drove just fine but when i got back and started the car up it sounded terrible and had no power. at full throttle i couldnt get it past 2k rpm.

So I did some research pulled the plugs and they all had oil in them. especially plug #3. so I replaced the valve cover gasket, the rubber seals under the 30mm bolt holding the valve cover down and even changed the oil to make sure i could flush it out just in case. I also noticed there seemed to be quite a bit of carbon (or some black powder stuff) on the plugs

Now when I start my celica it still has no power and sounds terrible, especially coming from the intake manifold out of the throttle body. im not real sure where to go from here. any ideas would be great.

Has anybody else experienced this same thing or any thing similar. what did you do?

Oil in the plug area is due to leaking spark plug tubes. There is a special tool for $60 that tightens them or you can use a pipe wrench. You will have to redo the valve cover gasket. Since the tubes are leaking they should come loose easily so pull them all the way off and use some thread locker on them before reinstalling them. Change the plugs and wires. Also check the pcv hose is tight with no leaks.

Yes exactly, the bottom of the spark plug tubes. Twist them out with a pipe wrench, then seal the bottom threads with thread locker/sealant and screw the tube back in and you should be good.
