Looking for Celica A/C parts

I pulled the wreaked motor out of my 88 GTS (130K km and ran out of oil! ) While I am waiting on getting the replacement engine rebuilt, I was going to install air conditioning into the car.

Unfortunately, the pull I have out of another Celica leaves much to be desired. I broke the housing that is around the evaporator, and the condenser is rather crumbly, so I suspect it leaks. Plus it does not help the fan for the condensor is frozen...

Does someone have an aftermarket source of parts? Ebay is no help for a car this old. What cars used the same evaporator housing?

Did your car come with AC originally?

No, it did not. All of the plugs and mountings are in the car, so it sounds like it will be a "Plug n' play" installation.

I looked into doing the same thing, believe me, it's not quite as simple as it sounds. Just getting good AC equipment after 20+ years is a challenge. There's also lots of piping and a big condensor that goes under the glove box area. If you had a complete donour car with working AC is the best option.
