Looking into getting a 2001-2003 Celica in the spring (2010)...

Hey everyone, I am looking into getting a 2001-2003 Celica next year in the spring. First off, are these cars known to have certain issues? I have a 2000 Civic SE right now and want to keep it as a winter beater as it is starting to have issues (cracked exhaust manifolds plus both o2 sensors need replacing), ill do this work myself).

Also, a few celicas i've seen so far have around 100,000-130,000kms on them and are about $6000CDN (one was $7000).

is that a good price for the car?

any info would be great as to known problems, etc, etc.

Where have you seen a 2001 to 2003 Celica in Canada for $6000 - $7000 with that kind of mileage?
