Tow Capcity for a 1993 Toyota Celica GTS

Can anyone tell me what the tow capacity is for a 1993 Toyota Celica. I have a seadoo on an aluminum boat trailer. Seadoo weighs about 465 pounds and trailer maybe 200. I ordered a special tow hitch for my car and it attaches to the bumper frame, i am concerned about the towing capacity. The tow hitch people said it was fine. Any thoughts!

What is the max towball downforce? As a rule of thumb, that should be 10% of the mass of the item/s you're towing. Sometimes, manufacturer's overestimate it(tow capacity) to compete with other brands, look at max towball downforce and use that. e.g. max towing of 1tonne will mean 100kg on the towball itself. Info should be written on the towframe somewhere.
