e-brake problem......

ok so i decided to put some new rota j-mag wheels on my 88 celica and after i put them on my e brake light wont turn off. i checked the brake switch and its not stuck, and when i push on it the brake light dims but doesnt turn off. the brakes dont seem to be stuck as they aren't warm when i touch them. i hope its not a short somewhere. any advice as to why it be on would definitly help. thnx

The sensor for the fluid level in the master cylinder reservoir is bad. Bad brake fluid cap sensor.
