what are you comparing this to?
actually all 3 of teh major CAI manufacturers have CARB stickers on the CAI, K&N, AEM, and Injen. they all produce about 5-9 gains in HP. the only problem with CAI's is that if you drive through a puddle deep enough you will suck up enough water to hydrolock your engine.
