Another EGR problem
I have a 96 Celica 2.2. In cold weather, around zero or so, I start to get a check engine light for insuffician air flow to the egr. Well I replace the egr valve, egr solenoid (modulator), and the vsv, along with all the vaccum lines. After all that, I still get the check engine light. In addition I still get the symptoms of a bad egr, rough idle, stalling, etc. One cold day my car stalled about 2 miles away after i started it and drove. I notice the larger vaccum hose that runs from the egr valve to the egr solenoid had enough moisture in it and froze solid, which I believe is what made the car stall and not start. Any ideas as to what may be causing my egr problems.
