Rusted out brake lines are a pain. We typically just run new lines along side the existing lines. You can get new brake lines at just about any parts store. They'll come in various lengths so you'll need to know about how much you need . If the line runs from front to back you'll need a few larger legnth lines and a junction fitting or two. The trick is bending the lines properly to make them go where they need to go. Another issue thats typical on rusty cars is the bleeder screws might not open. You should make sure they all open before you even start since you'll have to bleed the whole system after the new line is in. Id say if youve got the time then go for it, but if you have any doubts then you might be better off taking it to a shop.
