Yes, it supposed to pull blow by gas and oil fume from crank case. Now its pulling hot unfiltered air under the hood.
Looks like you got throttle body from another car?

it doesnt feel like theres any vacuum coming from it when the car is running but ill find a way to plug it, and no i think the throttle body is from the 5s-fe but the owner before me put in a new filter assembly and breather.
