Angry new ighition wires now laser detector goes crazy..WTF??

Did a search but did not find anything.

The 90 GTS was running like crap so I did a tune up.: new wires, plugs, dist cap,air filter, and rotor button. Now the laser on my radar detector goes crazy above 3K RPM.
Also boggyness is better but not gone, still wants to hesitate and makes a chugging sound from exhaust at idle.Any Ideas?
Fuel filter and checking for plugged cat are next.
Gotta get her running right before I start mods. Also noticed the 5th injector. How much boost can I lay on the 2.2 DOHC engine's stock internals if I trigger the 5th injector?
I've made good power with the Ford 2.3 Turbo, but the Toyota performance thing is new to me. Help!

Yep. Aleast thats what it apears to have. It's a cold start injector if I am correct.
Like I said, these motors are new to me. Most cold start injectors can be triggered when boosting or spaying N20. This means my worries about bigger injectors can be put aside for a while as long as boost stays pretty low. Might run a dry N2O setup instead, should be able to use the 5th injector to ritchen the fuel up so engine no go boom.

Want someone to correct me if I'm wrong.

Actualy it is not supposed to run constantaly but it could be triggered as a cheap way richen up the air/ fuel mixture without having to invest in a whole new set of larger injectors.

For istance one could cause it to open when spraying N2O to prevent detonation,or rig up a hobbs switch to activate it at a pre set boost level when running a turbo to add extra fuel preventing a lean condition.
