rav4 1zz-fe in celica 03?

Greetings from sweden!!!

My friend kindly droped of her 2003 celica GT 1.8 outside my garage with the "please do something look" on her face, so I looked and found a big hoooole in the block, a new engine is needed, it seems inpossible to find a 1zzfe from a celica in sweden but there are some 1zz-fe from Rav4 1.8 2001 or Avensis 1.8 2001 avaliable, may I use one of those?

Are there any differences?

I have searched for weeks and cant seem to find the answer, (but I now know alot about the oil sludge problem =)
