Exclamation n00b here, need some help

My first post here...

I bought a 92 celica gts around a month ago and I love it so far. until 2 weeks ago, when the car started to choke after 10-15mins of running, as if its not getting gas. Also noted that when this happens, there's gas leaking from under the car (front middle area).

The local Toyota dealership suggested replacing the entire fuel tank and lines along with brake lines for a hefty $1500! Im taking it for a second opinion trrow, to a place thats gonna actually inspect it thoroughly before jumping to an estimate.

Anyone else have any similar expenses, I know i havent given enough info on this matter, and that it could be a variety of things at this point... but if anyone have had seen something similar happening prolly know what im talking about.. so please respond.

Here's my other question, which many of you may be able to answer..

the previous owner has an aftermarket radio in there that wasnt hooked up correctly (everytime i turned off the car, the clock was reset..).. he prolly put this one in right before selling it.. anyway, after opening everything up to look at the wiring, i learned that he had cut all the factory harnesses (totally butchered and taped everything)... its a total mess with some of the factory wire cut so sheepishly that there's barely half an inch of wire there for me to solder on to... anyway, i have the Haynes manual for the celica and it has helped me identify most of the wires.. here's my question:

In the diagram (see attached pic), i cant seem to identify what "B" is, and what "FL" is.. the rest Im guessing is ANTenna, ACCessory and AMPlifier. Anyone got a clue?

Well, appreciate any input anyone can provide.

Update...

Well, as I mentioned in my first post, I took the car to a place called Import Auto Care in Cuyahoga Falls (in case anyone from OH is interested..) and those guys are some of the best people I've dealt with... not only did they fix my car for a very nominal charge... but they know how to treat their customers.. I highly recommend these professionals..

Turns out two of the fuel lines were hooked up incorrectly.. (return line and breather). Over a week and 200 miles now and no problems..

I am still stuck with the radio problems... it really sucks that the factory harness was cut, I used the wiring diagram in Haynes manual and matched all the wires to the Clarion harness... but no go... The radio doesnt light up, but its getting power, there is no display, but it accepts and ejects CDs... although it doesnt play them.

I'm guessing the "B" and "FL" i asked about earlier are Battery and Ground respectively, or atleast, thats how I hooked it up...

Can anyone offer any help?

Thanks in advance.

i'm pretty sure dat "FL" stands for Front left speaker.. u should have 2 wires labeled with FL which means one is + and the other being -. for the B wire is it red?? if it is then its the battery line.

but message me back again to confirm... as i may be wrong on the B wire...

actually i just thought of another solution for u... go to those audio shops look for a harnness that's for ur car... and on the back of the package it tells u what colour of wires in ur car represents what so either buy dat and use it or copy the information on the back and look for it in ur car at home.
i used that for all my wiring when i wired my civic, tercel, camry, and the new echo.

after looking throughly at ur diagram above.. i think i might be wrong about the wires that i told u about... so ur best bet i guess is to go after those harnnesses...

sorry buddy!
