2000 celica GT no spark on 2 & 4

I have a 2000 celica gt 1zzfe. i just put in a rebuilt engine and im not getting spark to #2 and #4 cylinders. I sent the ECU out for test and its good, I tested the harness from ECU to ignitors, its good. I swapped ignitors around and stil nothin. Anybody have a clue what maybe goin on?

im not to sure on this and dont hold me to it but id try and check the crankshaft sensor or the cam shaft positioning sensor. ive even read that if ur number 2 coil is bad number 4 wont fire and vise versa hope this helps
