Celica GT 2000 Engine Swap ?

Hi guys, i'm new on this forum, i was on hondanation before but now, i own my own used car, a toyota celica !!

I have done my research already. I know celica is compatible with Vibe , corolla and matrix engine. I own a Celica GT 2000 TRD version and it has 163 000 miles on it ... obviously, its losing a lot of powers due to its oldness. I'm wondering, what engine would be good to use to swap it into that celica? I want about 200hp that's all. I read 3SGTE is possible but costs tons of labour money. My budget is around 2000$ with labour (canada)

What would you guys do?I'm not looking for lots of work like GTS into GT chassis but rather an easy swap .... like maybe corolla XRS into GT chassis? I am just a daily driver who likes rarely to show the car's muscle. I'm not a track guy or a racer ... I never go over 180 (i got my license for 3 years)
