That should be a 6.7" T series diff.
You will also need to get the same ratio unless you want the top speed / acceleration to be different and the speedometer to be incorrect.
The build plate on the firewall in the engine bay will have a code something like T312 which you can decode here:
http://members.iinet.net.au/~stepho/diff.htm
Most likely it is a 3.308 or 3.358 ratio.

Donor vehicles in N.America will be the second and third gen Celicas.
If you don't mid other ratios (trading lower top end speed for better acceleration and higher fuel consumption or vice-versa) then RWD Corollas with 2T engines are also an option.
The same web page has donor vehicles listed in the bottom half.

Having said all that, donor vehicles are thin on the ground in wrecking yards.
Try asking for a spare from the guys at
http://autos.groups.yahoo.com/group/classic-celica/

If you're adventurous, you can also consider swapping in a Supra IRS.
Involves cutting off the panhard rod bracket and drilling holes in the chassis rails to mount the IRS K frame.
Not for the feint hearted but doable if you align things carefully.
