Problems and Lots of Questions
I have a manual 2004 Celica GT.
- I recently noticed that my left headlight, that blinks when I unlock or lock the car, no longer blinks anymore; however the right one still does. And even stranger is that both are the same lights used for my day lights and they both work when the car is on.
- I also have a problem with my tape player constantly ejecting my tapes after trying to play them. I can fiddle with it by pressing down on the tape a bit while it is inside, and the time it takes for it to work always varies. I had tried to take out the tape player so I could open it up and look at it but I couldn't get the front panel off at all. I am wondering I couple of things: 1) Is there a way to take off the front panel? If so how? 2) Is there any known way to fix this tape problem? If not, is there any info about installing an ipod cable or a normal audio cable?
- My window on the driver's side has always had an excessive amount of sound from it when driving on the freeway and recently has been leaking a little when it rained. Is there any way I can fix the gap between the top of the window and the lining myself?
- Right when I reach 35-40mph and keep a speed around there (Ie: 40-45 mph zones) my engine doesn't sound right. Usually at this speed is when it shifts into 3rd gear, but this different sound isn't there when I keep a constant speed in 1st, 2nd or 4th.
- When my car is idle, and in park you can hear the engine sound change and the rpms aren't always constant, they go up then drop. Is this normal?
Any help to any of these would be greatly appreciated.
