Question 93 Celica ST no interior power.

Hey, I'm a noob, and I searched for this topic, but didn't find one.

I got a 93 ST, 1.6L 5-speed, I paid 200 for it, but it runs like new, just needs body work. Anyway, I've put like 3000 miles on it no sweat, I let my buddy borrow it and he said I left the headlights on and the battery was dead so he jumped it off. I just went out today to run to town and it started and ran fine, but the cig. lighter and the radio are both dead, no power at all. I thought maybe the battery was still low so I took it to get checked, they told me it was showing 370 of 480 on the charge, and ran good both on and off load. It's not an issue as far as the car not getting me where I need to go, it's more an issue of me being pissed off that my radio doesn't work. I tried to check fuses, but I didn't see an accessory fuse in either the engine fuse box or the kick-panel boxes. If anyone has any ideas I would love you forever.

Thanks

There definatly is a fuse, check the "Dome" fuse and if not that just go through one by one, if you dont have a fuse checker (never seen one in my life) test em with a test light or a multi-meter. IF its not a fuse worst case senario is you might have a burnt/loose connection, nothing to sweat about.

Alright so, I finally got a chance to dig into the electronics. I was sidetracked doing body work. I checked all the fuses with a test light and they're all in order. The cig&rad fuse isn't blown. I pulled the deck out, the fuse in the back was blown. I checked the wires and power was going into the deck. I have the same deck in my truck, so I swapped them out to see, and the fuse blew as soon as I turned it on. The cig lighter still doesn't work either. Any ideas would be helpful.

So, I feel silly now. I got to poking around in the wires with my test light, it turns out the head unit was fried. I have the exact same unit in my truck, and I swapped them out and it worked fine. The cig lighter worked too. I think what happened is when my buddies jumped it it fried the GPS charger and the radio. So it's all good now. Except for the Three Doors Down CD stuck in the head unit thanks for all the help though guys!
