you would be looking for a 5F-se turbo kit and actualy the best section to try is the camry fourm. (givn that camrys use 5s-fe's as well and actualy used them over more model years then celicas)

now there's going to be a large amount of people who are just going to tell you to do a 3gte swap but thats somthing best left to people who dont need to ask where to find a turbo kit for there "car".

(my turn to just blab) i thought about a turbo upgrade for my 91 but now im looking over all the stuff, and what you pay for what you get is prity crapy. so im reserching an NA tune up. in honesty i like NA over Turbo becuse the power is REAL. theres no LAG and no extra shizit in the engine bay just to keep the turbo from killing your motor. in an NA motor its in out and on with biznaz no up pie's or down pipes. no intercoolers no turbines that will blow up if u dont keep the boost low. no need to swap out crank components just to keep your pistons alive, and oh ya ne need for blow off's or boost controlers. dont get me wrong turbo's are awsome, just not worth the efort on a 5s-fe.

its all a matter of how much time and money you are willing to spend...you can buy that burien turbo kit they make specifically for the 5sfe celicas and then tweak it and add things and stuff your self if you dont know how to make a custom turbo kit from scratch. thats always a way to go...
