2000 Celica GT doing engine swap need help!

Hey guys, I blew a rod in my original celica engine cracked the bottom block, I got a new bottom block & rebuilt the engine.

Put engine in car, got all new fluids & everything in it & have a charger on my battery to ensure its not dead as well as the alternator. When I turn it on SOMETIMES it starts up, sometimes it wont. When it DOES start up it will not last long & will shut itself down after not too long. I'm wondering why this could be, can't think of anything at all. The engine light does not come on right away, but it does come on after it gets going. The engine does sound like its running well though.

The only other thing I am wondering is, I've got a couple wires loose & can't find where they hook up to if they hook up to anything, they may just be free to hook up to some accessory, I'm not sure, maybe you guys will know, here are the images of the 2 free connectors in the engine:

also inside the car on the dash to the left of the steeringwheel where the lock windows button is this red light is on (until i try and turn on engine). I honestly don't remember ever seeing this light on before doing the swap. What does it mean?

thanks allot guys
