88 All-Trac Need help

i have a 88 celica all-trac turbo has a 91 mototr swapp the other day my right wheel bearing startd to sound like it was going out i drove it anyways didnt think it would hurt it i was driving down the free way in 5th gear it all of sudden revd up and i heard a clunk i pulled over and put it in first and slowly let on the clutch and it sounds like something either fell in my tranny and is banging around idk what it is this week im going to drop the tranny i was wondering if any one could help me out or tell me what i should do also if anyone had a tranny for a all-trac
