Gen5 What Year !!?!!

How's it going guys, I'm getting close to put my swap to an end ....and I was wondering if you guys would know, how to find out what year a 3sgte....? from an alltrac....???

Look here:

And select the chassis code (eg ST185, ST205)
Look for a frame number just below yours.
Read off the year and month from the row and column headings.
It covers world wide production, regardless of final market.
Beware that this is the manufacture date - first sale/registration date may be a few months after.

i have the engine serial number ... can i use that to find out what it is ????....

Ask the dealer to run the serial number for you to get the production date. Or, you may be able to find some data bases on the internet.
