OBD-II Trouble code P0125-Insufficient Coolant Temp for Closed Loop Fuel control.

A code P0125 may mean that one or more of the following has happened:
* Insufficient warm up time
* Low engine coolant level
* Leaking or stuck open thermostat
* Faulty coolant temperature sensor

Its not the warm up time or the coolant level. I'm not sure where to start from here. Not sure where the thermostat or the coolant temperature sensor is. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

well, lets start with what engine you have?

I have the 5SFE engine.

follow the bottom radiator hose to find the thermostat. where the hose meets the block is the therm. housing, drain coolant and remove the two bolts in the housing and pull it off, the thermostat will be right there.

As for the temp sensor, it is in the water outlet for the top hose. Follow the top hose back to the block and it'll be on the housing where it connects.
