1fzz donor

I need an engine in my 2001 Celica GT. After 420,000 km, the original is done. I have sourced a donor 2005 Matrix awd with 31 thousand kilometers on it. I understand that this should be do-able, but can anyone point me to someone who has done it? I have searched the forums, but I will admit to being better with wrenches than a computer.

I expect to drill and tap three holes, change sensors, etc. pretty much using the block and head. I know that this may be covered to some degree, but I would like to be sure before I drop the cash.
