Hi! My name is Rachel. I am 20 years old and I recently bought a black 2000 Celica GT-S back in May. I am new to building up cars and racing them. I used to have a crappy little Hyundai accent and would attempt to race others... and usually succeed up until about 60 mph. This car is a lot faster.
I haven't dogged it out yet... due to having crappy dry-rotted tires, but I just got new ones and plan to take it out one day to see how fast it can go stock.
I am currently saving up to buy a turbo kit for my car. I want to keep it looking stock until I have enough to make it look really nice and have the horsepower to back it up. Since I am so new to this and dont know much about cars in general.... other than changing my tires and oil, I was wondering if anyone could give me some insight to what I would need to do this upgrade. I would like to have it done right with the least amount money invested.
