90 celica headlights

I've got a 1990 Celica GT Liftback with a 2.2L EFI, DOHC. I was hoping to upgrade my headlights to the HID rip-off headlights which give a light blue glow, and put out twice as much light. However, I can't find anywhere what style/model number my headlights are stock. I need to know what model of these cheap knock-offs I need to buy so they work. Any help is greatly appreciated. For all you stereo guys out there, I've attached a pic of my subs as well. Please help with my headlight problem though!!!!

^^^I, along with many other people, will recommend Silverstars.

Just buy a diamond h6054 H4 conversion first..and then do an actual HID retrofit! Your looking at spending close to 600 here, but you would get the real HID look. Or just go for silverstars...until they burn out!

Sylvania Xenarc x6054. They're the only street legal HID kit out there that I know of. You can buy it at autobarn for $300 according to their website. There is a generation two that just came out that's suppose to put out more light. Brightheadlights.com is the only people I know of that has the updated version while suvlights.com will have them in a couple of weeks. I'm getting a set for my truck after I get a reply from brightheadlights.com.

EDIT:
The Sylvania Xenarc HID's suck big time. They have a horrible beam pattern and their light output even gets killed by some stock halogen headlights. Avoid at all costs.

Canada Anyone do the H4 HID Conversion ?

Anyone successfully converted to HIDs on the H4 enclosure ? I currently have the Euro Headlight assembly. Was wandering if the light is going to be very scattered or just right ?

any comments ?

DO NOT do HID on any non-projector housing. It'll blind everyone.
I've follow an SUV which light up second floor on the house. I don't want to drive in front of that thing.

Actually, THere is one street legal kit that may help... HELLA makes an H4 conversion German glass headlight kit, these cost about $200 and then some decent magnetic HIDs from VHIDs will cost you anoth $150 but it is worth it. My housings have a cutoff similar to those of projectors and I don't blind anybody. Just go to the Hella site and compare them with those terrible ebay HID housings.

Interesting, was able to pick up an HID kit with H4 bulb (no high beams), installed them in with my exisitng Euro glass headlamp enclosures, and they fit perfectly. The lights have a great cut-off, based on the lens pattern. Lowered the aiming, and its working just dandy.
