Gen5 Swapping gauge clusters

So I bought this.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...AQ:MOTORS:1123

it was kinda on accident I made an offer much lower than his asking price and suprisingly, he took it. My question is: a) will that plug right in and work in my 92 gt? I didn't notice the tach and other gauges were on opposite sides. And b) if it does fit, is there a way I can take the ticker out of my current cluster and swap it with this one considering it is kms. I know I canchange the faces so it'll read mph but it'll still be counting kms on the odo.

I messed up lol. If it doesn't fit or it is unable to me mended to work with an A-spec vehicle I guess it'll be going right back on eBay. Anyone in Canada interested?

Thanks.

It'll work. you can change the counter as well, I swapped to an LX gauge cluster in my corolla when I still had it and swapped the odometer with it

just beware, when swapping the milage counter do so very carefully, many small parts around that. Also, only swap the odometer, if you swap the speedo it will not show the correct speed as the gearing is different(the GTS speedo can show higher than the GT)

Oh I'm so sorry. I assumed it was a GTS cluster, my bad.

If the speedometers both read up to the same amount then yeah, you could just swap the gauge faces

Another concern is will the plugs fit? I understand they are the same plugs n all. But they're gonna be on opposite sides because of the rhd. Hmmm
