Gen5 rewiring st184 5sfe

hey well everyone who remembers my engine caught fire back in july because of a washer that fell out of place on the fuel filter. i have been driving it since then and getting 10 mpg. the fire scorched my wiring harness and many sensors. my air/fuel ratio is ridiculous. im running uber rich. and now i think its time to bring it back into the shop and do a wiring harness swap on it as well as fix any leaks i have(timing cover!). i have never done a complete wiring harness but have friends that can lead me in the right direction. if anyone can provide some good insight on where to get the best price on a harness and parts let me know. the car is going to get a bit of an overhaul during this whole process as well so anything else you can think of to check and replace let me know as well im open to ideas of any kind.
