Gen5 1993 celica gt 5sfe rebuild documentaion

I just bought a 93 Celica gt MT with a locked engine b/c drain plug came out on the high way. I thought $150 is a good price.

I am looking to get some documentation about rebuilding another engine i get from the junk yard.

Does any one have any documentation that is a PDF.

Hopefully it will be a great fun rebuilding this engine when summer comes.

Please do not suggest to get the 2.0 turbo engine. I want an engine that is fuel efficient and easy to put back in the car with out welding engine mounts.

I would go with the 1.6 engine but it will not be easy to actual put it in this car.

Thanks again.

$150 I'd say was definitely a good price.

Look for the files:
22L_4_CY.PDF

ENGINE_O.PDF

thats the most I could find, but I'm sure more info is out there

Sorry, but forum rules prohibit posting links to Toyota Service Manuals.

16. There will be no posts or threads containing a direct link to Toyota Factory Service Manuals. All threads about any copyrighted Toyota material will be deleted. First offense will result in a warning, second a temporary ban, third a permanent ban.

Toyota came down on us last year over copyright infringement, hence the rule. I used to have a link posted as a sticky in the MR2 section. I had to remove it.
Sorry guys.

Sorry for causing any trouble.

But is it not true that copyright only last a certain number of years?
I am not exactly much informed about copyright for very old books.

Again sorry if i caused any trouble.

Yeah, but it's gonna be awhile till it expires.

No problem.

Of course, TN has no control over what the members PM to each other.
