97 Celica St w/issues

I just got this car and need a little advice. I have to get a tuneup asap, should I go with OEM parts or the cheapest available. Also I bought it with damage. I have to replace one of the high-beams, and the front bumper. So I'm thinking about getting a body kit. Where is the best place to find a body kit, and to get the light (online/junkyard)? I live in NYC so a kit that sits to low is not really an option so what would be the best body kit/car configuration for a 97 Celica?

NGK or Denso for the spark plugs. Aftermarket cap and rotor are OK. I think the OEM plug wires are the best bang for the buck.
